Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.
Viktor Emil Frankl (1905-1997, Neurologist und Psychiatrist)
When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.

Life is never made unbearable by circumstances, but only by lack of meaning and purpose.
Viktor Emil Frankl (1905-1997, Neurologist und Psychiatrist)
Forces beyond your control can take away everything you possess except one thing, your freedom to choose how you will respond to the situation.
Viktor Emil Frankl (1905-1997, Neurologist und Psychiatrist)
Greatness of mind becomes an object of love only when the power at work in it itself has a noble character.

The only journey is the one within.
Rainer Maria Rilke (1875-1926, Poet)
Believe in a love that is being stored up for you like an inheritance, and have faith that in this love there is a strength and a blessing so large that you can travel as far as you wish without having to step outside it.

Professional Background:

My studies of the humanities at the University of Zurich (M.A.), my continuing education in pedagogy at the University of Zurich (HLM) and education for adult persons (SVEB I), my experience in the latter and therapeutic pedagogy at the Hospital of Children in Zurich sharpened my interest for the existential topics of importance for people in general and for their borderline situations. My artistic work and creative practice are existentially motivated. The ongoing education in logotherapeutic life consulting after Viktor E. Frankl at the Institute for Logotherapy and Existential Analyses in Chur expands and deepens this expertise. From this background grows my appreciation of people and the challenges they face in their search for meaning. I dedicate my whole personal and professional attention to this topic offering a meaning centered dialogue.
